Do I need experience to join a class?
Not at all. Most of our classes are suitable for complete beginners. If you're unsure, start with our intro trial or reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, form-fitting activewear works best. Grip socks are recommended for chair pilates. We sell them in studio if you don't have a pair.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and a water bottle. We provide all equipment including mats and props.
Where is Limber located?
We're at Shop 17, 282–298 Lawrence Hargrave Drive, Thirroul NSW, in Thirroul Plaza next to Coles. We're conveniently located for the Northern Illawarra community — a short drive from Austinmer, Coledale, Bulli, Woonona, Corrimal, Stanwell Park and Wollongong. Street parking is available nearby.
How do I book a class?
All bookings are made online via the Limber app or website. New members can start with our Limber way intro trial.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 3 hours before your class without charge. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee. See our full Terms & Conditions for details.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. Memberships can be paused or cancelled after the 12 week minimum commitment. See our Terms & Conditions for the full policy.
Do you offer privates for injury rehab?
Absolutely. Our teachers are experienced in working with a wide range of injuries and conditions. Head to our Private Sessions page or get in touch.

What makes Limber different from other pilates studios?
We put community and joy first. Our classes are designed to feel genuinely good — not punishing, not performative. We offer pilates, yoga, barre, strength and dance, taught by qualified teachers who genuinely care. Every new member gets a personalised start through our Limber Way intro trial.
Is parking available?
We're in Thirroul Plaza, next to Coles. Street parking is available nearby. Parking is a vibe.
Where can I buy a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased online via our Packs & Gift Cards page. They're delivered instantly by email and never expire.
