Where is Limber co?

Limber co is in Thirroul Plaza. shop 17/282-298 Lawrence Hargrave drive, Thirroul. Next to coles.

Is there parking?

Parking is out the back in the plaza carpark. You take a left at Anitas theatre if you’r coming from the south or a right at Anitas theatre if you’r coming from the north.

Is there toilets?

Yes, we have our own toilet next to our studio 2.

Can I bring my children to class?

You are most welcome to bring kids to class however they are your responsibility unless it is a kids limber class, and we do ask that they have something to keep them entertained. Depending on their age we may let them join in.

There is a lovely kids art class studio in the plaza if you wanted them to get creative whilst you get your YOU time.

If I have an injury, returning to class post birth or pregnant, what do I do?

We kindly ask that you reach out to hello@limberco.com.au , call 0452610210 or pop into the studio in the day to speak with Lily. Your safety is paramount at Limber Co and so if you do have an injury, are just coming back post injury or birth or are pregnant we advise that you speak with us so you can attend the best class for you. This will make your movement enjoyable and effective.

Do you have a beginners class?

Yes, we have a foundations group class on Monday’s at 4:30pm. This is great for anyone returning to movement after a break or who is completely new we advise attending this class to get the very best out of your classes. Building a strong foundation is so important for you to build on. If you are unable to attend the foundations class then we suggest taking up our newbie offer and receiving a 1-1 before jumping into any other group classes.

Is Limbarre only for dancers?

Absolutely not. We encourage everyone to give Limbarre a try. Think of it being a pilates mat class with the addition of a barre. We really focus on the pilates element of barre, mixing in some ballet positions. This is a fun and upbeat class that will definitely lift your heart rate. We will cater this class for anyone who is a beginner however for you to get the very best out of your movement practice we do advise any newbies to attend this after a few weeks of just doing mat pilates due to the dynamic essence of the class.

Can I do chair if I am new to Pilates?

We welcome anyone into our classes as we do offer modifications however we do advise those who are beginners to start with the mat based classes or attend a 1-1 before you jump into chair. This is for your own safety and progression.

We have a great newbie offer of a 1hr private and 5 groups for $130. This private will help build your confidence of the chair if you intend to jump into those group sessions.

What do I wear and bring with me?

Please wear clothes you are comfortable and able to move in. Please do wear grippy socks in chair, studio pilates and if you have anything that is contagious. This is mandatory for our studio as its a safety precaution. If you forget yours we have some available to purchase.

Please bring a small sweat towel and water. We have a filtered water station here and tea for post class.

Where do I book my class?

You can book your classes via this website or our own Limber Co app found on Apple and Android. Create an account using the same email and password. If you have an active membership or class pacs you can view them on your account.
