1. intro offers

The Limber Way intro offer is for new clients only. Valid for 21 days from your first booking. Non-refundable and non-transferable.

Clients found purchasing the intro offer more than once will have their account suspended and will be charged for any additional sessions used.

2. class packs

  • 5 Class Pack: valid for 3 months from purchase date
  • 10 Class Pack: valid for 6 months from purchase date
  • Lunch Express 10 Class Pack: valid for 6 months from purchase date
  • Semi-Private 5 Pack: valid for 3 months from purchase date

Packs activate on the date of purchase and are not auto-renewable. You'll be prompted to repurchase when your pack runs low.

Extensions are available for injury or illness only, with a medical certificate from a GP or physiotherapist. Extension requests must be made before the expiry date.

All packs are non-refundable, non-transferable and for single client use only.

Credits are returned if class is cancelled at least 3 hours before start time (12 hours on weekends and public holidays).

3. memberships

All memberships have a minimum 12 week commitment period. Cancellations and pauses are only available after this period.

Limber club (unlimited)

  • auto-renewed and charged fortnightly
  • up to 2 classes per day: 1 Pilates/Barre + 1 Yoga
  • 1 class per day on Saturdays and Sundays
  • non-refundable, non-transferable, single client use only

Limber compact

  • 2 group classes per week plus 1 Lunch Express or Limber Up class
  • credits last 7 days and do not roll over
  • auto-renewed and charged weekly
  • non-refundable, non-transferable, single client use only

Limber combo

  • 1 semi-private, 1 group class and 1 Lunch Express or Limber Up class per week
  • auto-renewed and charged fortnightly
  • non-refundable, non-transferable, single client use only

Limber chill

  • 1 class per week
  • credits do not roll over
  • auto-renewed and charged weekly
  • non-refundable, non-transferable, single client use only

4. pausing your membership

You can pause your membership after your 12 week minimum commitment period for holidays, long-term illness or injury.

  • minimum pause: 7 days
  • maximum pause: 8 weeks per year, free of charge
  • a doctor's note may be required for illness or injury pauses
  • pausing mid-cycle is fine. Your billing will be prorated on your return
  • request via the Limber Co app with at least 7 days notice

5. cancelling your membership

To cancel your membership, email hello@limberco.com.au. We'll call you to process the cancellation.

  • cancellations can only be processed after your 12 week commitment period
  • 2 weeks written notice required
  • this equates to 1 fortnightly payment or 2 weekly payments after notice is given
  • you can continue to attend classes during that notice period

6. late cancellations + no shows

Cancel at least 3 hours before class to retain your credit. Weekends and public holidays require 12 hours notice.

Two late cancels or no shows within a 7-day period will result in a $10 fee and a temporary account block.

7. courses + workshops

Cancel at least 24 hours before start time to receive a credit or refund.

For multi-week courses such as Limber Mammas, missed sessions can be made up by attending a regular class. credits are non-transferable and cannot be refunded for change of mind, illness or other personal reasons.

8. bookings

Book via the Limber Co app or website up to 14 days in advance.

Late arrivals of 5 or more minutes may be refused entry and will forfeit their session.

9. waitlists

Up to 4 clients per waitlist. Notifications sent via the app and email. The first person on the waitlist is automatically added when a spot becomes available. you may be added up to 1 hour before class start. standard cancellation rules apply to all waitlist bookings.

10. transactions

Memberships are billed by direct debit fortnightly or weekly depending on membership type.

Failed payments will be retried up to 3 times. If unsuccessful your account will be restricted.

Transaction fees: 2% for direct debit, 3.5% for credit card. all prices include GST.

11. discounts

A 10% discount is available for full-time students, health care card holders and clients aged 60 and over. valid ID or proof required. email hello@limberco.com.au to get set up.

12. refunds

Refunds are not available for change of mind, unused sessions, or circumstances unforeseen by or external to the business, in line with NSW consumer policy. Sessions cannot be transferred to another person. All members must hold their own account for safety and insurance purposes.

13. photography + communications

By signing up you agree to receive Limber Co emails and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Please let us know if you do not wish to be featured in studio photography or video content.

14. health declaration

By booking a class at Limber Co you confirm that you are in good health and have disclosed any injuries, health conditions, pregnancy or postnatal recovery prior to attending.

Limber Co and its teachers take all reasonable care to provide safe, appropriate instruction. Participation is at your own risk. We strongly recommend consulting your GP or treating practitioner before commencing any new exercise program.

15. general terms

Limber Co reserves the right to change teachers, classes, timetables and events without notice.

These terms may be updated at any time. continued participation implies agreement with the current terms.

16. privacy

Your personal information is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. for our full privacy policy see limberco.com.au/privacy.
