Meet the founder , Lily.
From her early years to a flourishing professional dance career, Lily's love for movement is deeply ingrained. Following her career Lily naturally fell in love with teaching. Lily seamlessly blends her expertise and experience to encourage movement that is not only effective but enjoyable.
Movement, for Lily, is more than passion; it's a lifelong companion that has supported her through life's stages, from her dance career to embracing motherhood.
Lily is committed to fostering a community that embraces movement not only to enhance physical well-being but also as a vehicle for self-discovery. She envisions Limber Co. as a haven where prosperity is woven together through the shared love for movement.

Courtney
Pilates / Barre / Dance teacher.
Courtney is an ex-professional dancer who embarked on her Pilates teaching journey 3 years ago when covid.
Her love for movement started with dancing, taking her into a professional career travelling around the world. After leaving the performing arts industry in 2020 due to the covid outbreak her passion for movement only grew stronger and influenced her to undertake her Pilates Diploma. Courtney has been teaching dance ad pilates full time ever since. Courtney hopes to continue to expand her knowledge and skills as she has recently started an Exercise physiology degree.

Sophie
Pilates teacher.
Sophie has been a Limber regular since the beginning whilst completing her Diploma with renowned Polestar Pilates.
Her love of movement and health commenced from a young age and has continued to grow into her adult years. After many years attending pilates as a student Sophie took the plunge in 2021 to take on the Diploma of Pilates instruction with well renowned Polestar Pilates to expand her skills.
Having entered the world of teaching, Sophie share’s the beauty and privilege of thoughtful movement and the impact this can have on overall wellbeing with the Limber community.
During Sophie’s class you can expect a warm and welcoming presence. A supportive teaching style that will encourage you to move with balance , control and connectedness.

Jazmin
Yoga teacher.
Jazmine, a seasoned yogi, draws from diverse training in trauma, somatic modalities, mantrā, non-dual Śaiva Tantra philosophy, Hatha, and Embodied Flow.
Guided by lineage and life, her evolving sādhana practice is seamlessly woven into her existence. As a facilitator, she unravels individual soul yearnings, fostering inquiry with an anti-oppressive framework. Through breath, movement, ritual, and subtle-body practices, Jazmine creates a journey of self-discovery.
Her open heart and infectious curiosity cultivate a safe environment for exploration across the body-mind, heart matrix. Regular classes, workshops, and events invite all to tap into transformative power, fostering a community of growth, self-discovery, and empowerment.

Emily
Yoga teacher.
Emily is dedicated to creating a container for students to safely explore the connection between all aspects of the self, cultivating a connection to jyoti - our sense of inner bliss and light. Working in the community as a yoga teacher, counsellor and artist, Emily creates fun, trauma sensitive classes intended to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Emily began exploring yogic practices during high school and in 2015 travelled to Nepal and India where she practiced under an array of teachers. Upon returning to Australia, Emily used yoga as a support for mental, spiritual and physical health. Following the completion of her university studies, Emily spent a significant amount of time at the Krishna Village in Murwillumbah NSW, volunteering and diving deeper into the practices of mantra, Bakhti yoga, meditation, pranayama, and asana.

Barre / dance teacher.
April, a Wollongong native, began dancing at 3. Despite severe scoliosis, she trained at the prestigious Tanya Pearson Classical Coaching Academy, toured internationally, and danced with Melbourne City Ballet and The West Australian Ballet. After managing scoliosis through surgery in June 2022, she pursued diverse interests. April began her own embroidery art business, started teaching dance and began her Pilates and barre teaching journey. For April movement is ingrained in her and she is eager to her knowledge, experience and the joy of movement with the Limber community.

Gaby, your dedicated Brazilian Pilates instructor, on a transformative journey towards a healthier you! Every session is an investment in yourself, tailored to help you reach your fitness goals.
Gaby's passion for Pilates stems from its inclusive nature and its undeniable impact on her own body. With an extensive background in swimming and fitness instruction, she's found Pilates to be the key to holistic well-being. Expect meticulous attention, a sprinkle of fun, and a dash of Brazilian flair in her classes.

Step inside a studio that not only embraces movement but a whole range of wellness practices. Feel inspired as you move your body with local artwork hung on the walls.
Along with a spacious group class studio Limber Co houses a fully equip clinical pilates studio where you can experience a more intimate session on the classical studio pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, and Small Apparatus.
