    A pathway to elevate you’r dance skills and overall performance through a weekly 45 minute Limber group mat / barre pilates class. These sessions offer an array of benefits for aspiring young dancers such as increasing core strength, ROM, body awareness, flexibility injury prevention. mpowering you to dance confidently and sustainably throughout your career

  • Limber Mum & Bubs

    Mums & Bubs is a dedicated 5 week course for postnatal mothers and their babies under 1 yrs. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to rediscover, strengthen, and reconnect with your body through a specialised mat pilates class, focusing on TA and pelvic floor.
