Step into Studio Pilates, where innovative equipment meets expert guidance. Our state-of-the-art studio offers sessions tailored for all levels, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and holistic body maintainance. Work 1-1 or Join a small, dedicated group for personalised attention, suitable for beginners, seasoned practitioners, and those seeking post-injury, pre and post-natal care.

All our studio pilates teachers have undergone highly comprehensive diploma training that takes a year to complete. They also have years of experience and undergo regular further education training.

  • Initial consult

    An IC is a 1-1 session that gives your instructor the opportunity to learn about you and your needs. You will be taken through a static assessment and various pilates exercises to unfold any muscle imbalances, and faulty movement patterns. Following an IC you will be advised which classes are best suited to you and your needs.

  • Private

    Work 1-1 with an instructor to focus more deeply on your movement and goals.

  • Duets

    This is still an intimate session, however there is 2 clients to 1 instructor. You will still be working individually to achieve your movement goals.

    You may join with a friend, or partner or you can opt to be paired with another Limber client.

  • Semi - Privates

    This is a small session where you will continue to work on exercises that best serve you and your needs.

    This is a small session of 3 clients to 1 instructor.
